Mr. Kemi Balogun is the founding partner of Oluwakemi Balogun & Co., a legal firm with specialisation in Corporate/commercial, litigation, insolvency and maritime law. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 and admitted to the inner bar in 2014 as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). Since the establishment of his firm in1993, he has been involved in numerous high profile corporate and commercial transactions in the financial services industry as well as with many multinational companies operating in Nigeria.
He is a double merit award winner of the Nigerian Bar Association and sits on the board of United Distiller and Vintners Ltd amongst several other companies.
